Cynics may say that this is purely a publicity stunt to improve their image at home. True or not, with education budgets being cut, their promise to provide 50% of the financing for after-school clubs for 16,000 children has been praised by politicians in a country famous for its musical heritage, but where just 1% of secondary-school pupils receive free music tuition....' ...........
