Musical Futures - www.musicalfutures.org.uk - is a new and exciting way of thinking about music making in schools. It is an approach to teaching and learning music that anybody working with young people can apply. Musical Futures creates a music entitlement for all young people aged 11-18, regardless of background, motivation and circumstance. It connects in- and out-of-school experiences, and makes music learning relevant by drawing on the passion, enthusiasm and motivation young people have for music.
