Young Ambassadors of Music Generation perform at The Ireland Funds Worldwide Conference 2022
Young Ambassadors celebrate a decade of Music Generation at The Ireland Funds Worldwide Conference 2022 with Sharon Shannon and Adam Clayton.
In September this year, Music Generation Wicklow announced a once-off capital purchase scheme for those organisations providing music access for children and young people under 18 outside their current programmes.
They successfully awarded in the region of €40,000, but now have a further €15,000.00 available. The revised closing date is Wednesday 13th of November, at 12pm. Please note successful applicants in Round 1 may not apply.
Applicants must be providing music tuition and/or performance opportunities for children and young people under 18 years. Awards will be made in line with the criteria.
Music Generation Wicklow will provide successful applicants with 70% of the purchase cost of musical instruments under this new scheme
Groups who may apply include groups such as school bands, rock bands, youth orchestras, traditional or jazz music groups.
