Music Generation Mayo announces the establishment of a Youth Music Hub in Ballina Arts Centre

Music Generation Mayo's Youth Music Hub will promote and encourage youth music based activities and performances for young people aged 13-18 years of age. Young musicians can become members of the hub to avail of a range of resources and supports with membership costing €30 per individual for a six-month period.

Resources available include a dedicated rehearsal space, fully kitted out with professional instruments and equipment. Members can book into the space, rehearse with their friends, record demos and get advice and guidance.

To celebrate the launch a Youth Music Showcase Night will be held at the Ballina Arts Centre on Wednesday May 22nd and Music Generation Mayo is inviting young performers from all genres of music to perform on the night.
