
Celebrate Culture Night with Music Generation
This One Night For All takes place on Friday 19th September 2025.
Music Generation Laois Summer School of Pop and Rock participants have been developing their music and performance skills under the direction of award-winning Singer-Songwriter Brendan Keeley in an intensive Summer Camp this week in the Dunamaise Theatre. The Summer School will culminate with a Lunchtime Showcase Concert in the Dunamaise Theatre on Friday 6 July from 12:45pm-2pm. Come along and witness the bucketloads of talent among participants, who will perform a variety of works as individuals, groups and as a full-on School of Rock and Pop ensemble! Admission is free of charge.
Music Generation Wicklow celebrates the first in its series of rock summer schools with a concert at 5pm on Friday 6 July at St Thomas' Community College, Bray. The concert celebrates 5 days of expert tuition from seasoned professionals Eamon Sweeney (guitar, bass), Gavin Ralston (guitar, bass, sound), Robert Block (drums, bass, keyboards, sound), Bonnie Stewart (drums) and Eoin O’Connor (guitar, bass, technology).The focus of the course has been preparing bands for live gigs and improving how to play together as a group. Admission free of charge.
