
Feeling Festive at Music Generation
Children and young people across the Music Generation network are gearing up for a month of fun-filled, festive performances and workshops.
The Kodály Society of Ireland is delighted to announce that this year's summer course will take place on Monday 2nd to Friday 6th July in St. Patrick's College, Drumcondra, Dublin 9.
Led by specialist music teachers from Ireland and Hungary, the course offers daily classes in solfege/musicianship and conducting (beginners to advanced), presentations and workshops on a range of music education topics, choral singing, plus chamber music coaching, voice lessons (optional, extra cost), and an end-of-week participants' concert. Approved by the Dept. of Education & Skills for primary teacher EPV days.

The online application process will open shortly. Course fees: 245 euro (special early bird rate), 180 euro (student price). KSI members -10%. Course runs approx. 9.30-4.15 Mon-Fri with concert Friday evening. Chamber music coaching (optional) takes place after course hours.
