Music Generation Musicians Join U2 for 50th Anniversary Performance at Mount Temple
32 young Music Generation musicians representing every county in Ireland took the stage with U2 to mark the band's 50th Anniversary on 25th September 2026.
Happy New Year to all our friends, followers and fans! Here at Music Generation, we've finished the last of the Roses, waved good-bye to the Elves, and we've packed away the tinsel for another year.
So, what better way to kick start our 2015 than with this! Check out E for Edge in Bono's A to Z of 2014 in the Little Book of a Big Year to find this lovely mention of Music Generation:
"Edge is very proud, as is the rest of the band, of our involvement in Music Generation.."
And don't forget, Music Generation can come to your rescue on that New Year Resolution to learn a musical instrument or improve your music practice. Check out what's happening in your local Music Education Partnership with enrolments for the next term of classes and tuitions taking place over the next few weeks!
