Led by Ceol Connected’s Thomas Johnston participants will be supported and resourced to experience and implement a range of musical approaches linked to the Aistear curriculum. This programme is designed for trainers/mentors/leaders in services with a particular interest in developing music curriculum with young children.
The Tiny Voices approach to music making for the Early Years will take place from September 2014 to March 2015. Face-to-face workshops will be held in Dublin on the evenings of September 24th, October 22nd, November 26th, January 28th and March 25th; online resources and individual support from the tutor will be available to each participant and will involve a commitment from the participant of about 3 hours per month. Each participant is also required to deliver this programme to a group of children and subsequently to a group of early childhood educators.
Application forms must be submitted 12th August, 2014.
