Music Generation started in 2010 with the ambition to break down the barriers that may otherwise prevent children and young people from experiencing the pure joy of making music. We have grown to become Ireland’s National Music Education Programme creating some 67,000 opportunities for children and young people to access performance music education locally in 25 cities and counties in Ireland.
As it works to complete the nationwide expansion of its programme by 2022, Music Generation is seeking a highly motivated and expert strategic communications and marketing professional to tell our stories to stakeholders, funders, partners and the wider public. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an affinity for what we do and is looking for a fresh challenge in their communications career.
Do you have at least five years’ relevant experience in a communications and marketing role? Have you led the development and management of communications strategy and related campaigns? Do you have a track record of working closely with people in the senior leadership of an organisation and engaging with stakeholders in public, private, and voluntary organisations?
