Music Generation Limerick City will be driving the Mus Gen Express Bus to the Music Generation Conference and Gala Concert at the National Concert Hall in October! The double decker bus has been converted into a performance space, field recording studio and outside festival stage and is a striking image of the vibrant activity happening in Music Generation Limerick City. The bus will be parked directly outside the National Concert Hall, for conference delegates to view as they enter the venue.
Music Generation, in association with the National Concert Hall and Local Music Education Partnerships, will present Performance, Participation and Partnership: Looking to the Future – a National Music Education Conference and Gala Concert on October 13th and 14th, 2014. Taking place at the National Concert Hall, this exciting two-day event will feature some of the groundbreaking work happening in music education throughout the country through Music Generation. President Michael D. Higgins will be special guest of honour at the Music Generation Gala Concert, which takes place at 7.30pm, Monday 13th October.
