One of MGLC’s most exciting projects of 2013 – the Band Camp, drew to a close with a series of recording sessions. The three bands who formed during the week in Dolan’s over mid-term, spent last weekend recording a set of original songs.
Since the project started these young musicians have performed to a packed crowd on the famous stage at Dolan’s Warehouse now had original songs professionally recorded.
From January the scheme will re-open on a much larger scale, including young musicians across the city. Both existing bands and young musicians who are keen to play but don’t currently have people to combine with will be supported in rehearsing, recording and gigging at venues across the city.
