Music Generation Cork City together with Cork’s Barrack St Band will perform the presidential salute for the entrance of President Michael D. Higgins at the Music Generation Gala Concert 2014, which will take place at the national Concert Hall.
Music Generation, in association with the National Concert Hall and Local Music Education Partnerships, will present Performance, Participation and Partnership: Looking to the Future – a National Music Education Conference and Gala Concert on October 13th and 14th, 2014. Taking place at the National Concert Hall, this exciting two-day event will feature some of the groundbreaking work happening in music education throughout the country through Music Generation.
President Michael D. Higgins will be special guest of honour at the Music Generation Gala Concert at 7.30pm, Monday 13th October.
